Joyful and re-inspired by your passion for art and writing, your love of nature and gardening…. Every word, thought, and musing touches my heart with full emotion of being understood. Thank you, Mary. So much I have started, now completion seems hopeful, even though great challenge and quick-change direction continually.
Loved this! The moment you mentioned where you lived, I thought of May Sarton. Then you mentioned her, and I felt like a kindred spirit.
Your life mirrors mine, mildly. I write and am learning watercolor. I've just put in an herb garden that is so satisfying; love puttering with plants, mostly pots, but remember the days of hard work. Envy your greenhouse. Retirement is good, and it appears you've moved into it gracefully.

I will look at your books.
June
Thank you, June. My copy of Journal of a Solitude is so well used, the front cover is ragged. Kudos to you for learning watercolor--hard!
I'm also a May Sarton fan--with more than one ragged copy of Journal of a Solitude!
Thank you for including me in your amazing series!
Thank you for sharing one of your days!
